mojoo™ Ambassadors
The program that turns your employees into visible brand ambassadors — voluntary, realistic for everyday work and with clear guardrails. For the trust of your customers and the talent of tomorrow.
People trust people — not company pages. When your experts talk about their work, it is more credible than any ad. And that strength is already in your company.
A face with substance.
- An expert who shows what they work on — from the shop-floor veteran to the head of sales
- Involved voluntarily, with their own perspective and their own voice
- Proud of the company — and allowed to show it
- Visible in 30 minutes per week, alongside the day-to-day
An advertising prop.
- Not an employee ordered to post by management directive
- Not a mouthpiece copying marketing copy
- Not an influencer chasing reach at any cost
- Not a risk without rules — that is what the guardrails are for
Impact in three directions.
Visible employees don't serve just one goal — they work on customers, candidates and your own team at the same time.
Customers gain trust
The next generation of buyers googles before they call. Those who find real experts there instead of a silent company page buy with more confidence — and negotiate less on price.
- Visible expertise instead of interchangeable ad promises
- Warmer inquiries: people know you before the first call
- Tailwind for your sales team with existing customers
Candidates see real colleagues
Job ads make promises — people provide proof. Those who see their future colleagues at work are more likely to apply than to an anonymous listing. Your ambassadors are your most credible employer brand.
- Insights no careers page can deliver
- Applications from people who already know what they are joining
- Visibility against the generational shift in your workforce
The team grows together
Those who publicly show what they work on experience their own contribution in a new way. That strengthens pride and loyalty — and the ambassadors become multipliers for the culture inside the company.
- Appreciation you can see
- Retention: people who visibly stand for the company are more likely to stay
- A shared story everyone knows
Job ads make promises. People provide proof.
The program in three phases.
A single workshop creates a flash in the pan. That is why Ambassadors is built as a program: foundation, craft, practice — until the routine carries itself.
A shared story — workshop day 1
What does your company stand for, and what does each individual stand for? We develop the common thread and the individual perspectives — so your team's posts add up to a picture instead of noise.
- The company's core messages, translated for every role
- Individual positioning for each ambassador
- Shared guardrails, developed together with everyone
Profile & routine — workshop day 2
Now we build: profiles that get found, post formats that fit each person, and a routine that is realistic alongside the day-to-day. The first posts are created right there in the room — with feedback on the spot.
- LinkedIn profiles: from dormant profile to calling card
- Formats per person: from a photo on the shop floor to an expert post
- The 30-minute week: an editorial routine for everyday work
90 days of support — until it runs
A new habit needs repetition and tailwind. So we stay with your team for three months after the workshop: with review sessions, feedback on real posts and a direct line for moments of doubt.
- Regular team review calls
- Feedback on real posts instead of grey theory
- Handover: after that, the program runs without us
The guardrails.
Employees speaking publicly about their work — that raises legitimate questions. So clear rules are part of the program before the first post is written. That protects your company and gives your people confidence.
What gets shared — and what doesn't
Boundaries defined together: client projects, internal matters, numbers. Every ambassador knows what may be public without having to ask before every post.
Lean approvals
No approval marathon: clear responsibility, short paths, sign-off only where it is genuinely needed. Otherwise every routine dies in an inbox.
Personal rights & data protection
The profiles belong to your employees, the rules protect both sides: privacy-compliant handling of photos, names and client references — cleanly documented.
Voluntariness, in writing
Participation is not a performance target and not an appraisal criterion. Anyone who wants out gets out — no reasons required, no disadvantage.
Works council & leadership on board
Where employee representation exists, we bring it in early. A program launched against resistance won't carry — one with backing carries all the more.
A clear frame within working hours
The 30 minutes per week are working time, not an after-hours hobby. That is a signal of appreciation — and the foundation for making it last.
Real work instead of seminar-room theater.
Visibility starts at the top.
The most effective ambassadors program is the one where leadership leads the way. When the owner or executive team is visible themselves, the team follows more easily — and more credibly. That is exactly what mojoo™ Sparring is for: your personal presence, developed in confidence.

What if employees with strong profiles get poached?
The honest answer: the risk exists — but it is smaller than its opposite. Employees who visibly stand for their company and feel appreciated for it bond more strongly, not less. And the reverse is also true: invisibility has never kept anyone who wanted to leave. A company full of visible experts also attracts more new candidates than it is likely to lose.
Our industry is unspectacular — does this still work?
Especially then. The more "boring" an industry seems, the emptier the stage — and the more anyone who steps onto it stands out. Machinery, suppliers, trades, B2B services: that is exactly where honest glimpses of real work create the biggest impact. No gloss required — quite the opposite.
How much working time does this really cost?
The workshop takes one to two days; after that we plan on roughly 30 minutes per week and person — as working time, not as a free-time expectation. Anything beyond that would be unrealistic alongside the day-to-day, and programs that plan past reality fail. Ours is built so your business keeps running.
What does employee representation say about it?
Usually more good things than you would expect — if it is involved early. Voluntariness, working-time rules and personal rights are fixed components of the program, and exactly the points such bodies rightly examine. We help prepare the materials and answer questions in the conversation directly.
Does everyone have to participate for it to work?
No — quite the opposite. Five convinced ambassadors achieve more than fifty conscripted ones. We deliberately start with a voluntary cohort of 5 to 15 people. Once the first results become visible, interest inside the company grows on its own — which is the healthiest path to a second round.
Does mojoo write the posts for our team?
No, and that is the core of the program: ghostwriting creates reach that vanishes the moment the invoicing stops — and it never sounds genuine. We build the ability to communicate well yourselves. The first posts are created together in the workshop, with feedback in the room. After that your team can do it on its own — the knowledge stays in-house.
Your team has something to say.
